This form is for anyone, wherever they live, who wants to step into Zarok Hub's kitchen, take on responsibility in our decision-making and personally put in the work for children's future. Once our Board has reviewed your application, we will get back to you.

Section 2: Companionship and Effort: Building Together

You can choose more than one, based on your expertise or interests.

Education and Pedagogy Preparing multilingual (Kurdish/European languages) educational materials for children. Designing workshop content or providing pedagogical guidance/consultancy. Being a trainer or facilitator in the workshops.

Media and Broadcasting (Zarok TV Projects) Taking responsibility for the content, script or filming preparations of programmes broadcast/to be broadcast on Zarok TV. Working on editing, voice-over (dubbing) or video production.

Art and Creativity Creating illustrations/graphic design for children's books, posters or digital campaigns. Taking part in the theatre, music and performing arts kitchen (writing, directing or on stage).

Culture and Memory Researching Kurdish tales, lullabies and dengbêj culture. Compiling traditional texts and translating them for modern projects (podcasts, books).

Gastronomy

Events and Field Organisation (Brussels Centre): Being part of the logistics/field team at our office in Forest and at festivals, concerts and theatres in Belgium. (Local Ambassador): Organising venues/audiences for Zarok Hub events and Zarok TV shoots in my country/city.

Fundraising and Networking Writing EU grant, local fund or sponsorship applications that bring life to our projects. Making our voice heard across Europe through digital communication, PR and social media management.

My Other Skills

On average, how much time per month can you give to Zarok Hub? * (required)

2 - 5 hours a month (meetings, translations and small help) 5 - 10 hours a month (active remote or local tasks, project follow-up) 10+ hours a month (field work, organisation and the very heart of the kitchen)

Section 3: Legal Consents

Statutes and Membership Fee: I accept that I embrace the statutes and vision of Zarok Hub (VZW/ASBL) and that, if my application is approved by the Board, I commit to paying the Full Membership fee of 75 euros per year. * (required)

Decision Process: I understand that this form is not a direct purchase and that my membership is subject to the Board's review and approval. * (required)
